
The dashboard on the website pba.top/panel is a modern digital platform designed to simplify the daily operations of an entrepreneur. Here you can upload invoices, manage employees, access additional services, and official resources — all in one place and available 24/7.
The platform helps organize business activities and establish efficient communication with accounting.
“Invoices” Section

In the “Invoices” section, you can upload sales invoices and invoices from suppliers. Simply select the appropriate subsection in the side menu, attach the file or take a photo of the document from your phone in the mobile version of the site, and confirm the upload.
Through the “History” tab, you can view and download previously uploaded documents.

For legal entities, the feature to upload bank statements is also available.

HR and Payroll
The “HR and Payroll” section covers all processes related to employees.

Through the user dashboard, you can:
– Register a new employee by filling out the corresponding form;
– Process a termination by specifying the date and reason;
– Send clarifications on payroll calculations through the “Working Hours” section.

If we do not receive any comments at the end of the month, the payroll calculation is made according to the terms of the contract.

Subscriptions and Additional Services

The user dashboard also offers:
– Management of active subscriptions;
– Ordering additional services (tax declarations, insurance, digital certificates, and other services);
– Useful links to official websites for obtaining submitted declarations, social security documents, and viewing employment history using a digital certificate.
